(the “Company” or “AurCrest”) (TSX-V: AGO) wishes to announce that further to its press release of April 29, 2020, it has now filed its annual financial statements and accompanying management’s discussion and analysis, and related CEO and CFO certifications, for the financial year ended December 31, 2019. AurCrest does not anticipate any delays in filing its interim financial statements for the first quarter ending March 31, 2020 on or before May 30, 2020.
